ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email contact@theheartandsole.org within 30 days of the order date with proof of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly and ensure your replacement is shipped out as soon as possible. If the original product is no longer available, you can choose another product comparable in price.
